Tissue Paper Poms are classic party decor.  They've become very popular of late and its easy to see why. They're big, they're bold, and They make a huge impact for very little money or effort and even very young kids can make them with a little help.  Use Tissue colors that coordinates with your party, and/or try create simple designs drawn with marker on inexpensive white. But watch out, once you start making these, it can be hard to stop.
